In 2024, A4A’s Women in Aviation Initiative organized its first Girls STEM Day event, which gathered more than 100 local girls from Baltimore schools at Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) to find inspiration and insight into aviation careers. Our carriers strongly support expanding opportunities for inclusion among the exciting and fulfilling careers the aviation industry has to offer. Learn more >>
