Privacy Statement

Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how the Air Transport Association of America, Inc., d/b/a Airlines for America (“A4A”), collects, processes and uses Personal Information and other information for its activities.

A4A advocates on behalf of its member airlines concerning policies and measures that promote safety, security and a healthy U.S. airline industry. We work collaboratively with airlines, labor, Congress and the Administration, foreign governmental authorities, and other groups to improve air travel. These collaborative undertakings may involve advocacy before Congress and other legislatures or regulatory agencies, both in the United States and other countries.

In addition, A4A sponsors programs that rely on the voluntary participation of representatives of private- and public-sector aviation entities to develop, maintain, and publish standards and recommended practices for the airline industry. Participation in these programs often involves the exchange of views, information (that may include Personal Information) and proposals among participants. A4A also offers services, such as the sale of publications, which require transaction-related information from customers to fulfill. This Privacy Policy has been formulated in the foregoing context.

Every time that you visit an A4A site, obtain services or publications from us, or participate in our programs, this Privacy Policy will apply. It may be revised from time to time without prior notice.
