FedEx hosted their annual Trees for Troops initiative at Fort Bragg and truly delivered Christmas joy to our brave service men and women and their families.
Even in the middle of the night, Southwest employees are hard at work for your travels the following day! This 737-800 had a new landing gear door installed and tested all between the hours of 11 p.m. and 6 a.m.
Where do planes go overnight? This particular 737-800 spent the night in the hangar in Dallas to have its landing gear doors replaced. @kshaw777 and his fellow Aircraft Mechanics put the aircraft on a jack for installation and then to test the landing gear once the maintenance was complete. This bird arrived around 11 p.m. and was ready for service by 6 a.m. the following day!
