Member Monday

Our member airlines work hard every day to provide high-quality customer service, delivering passengers and packages safely to their destinations. Through the transfer of people and goods, U.S. airlines connect us to cultures and traditions across the world, truly making it a smaller place.

While as passengers we may not always be witness to their great work, the evidence is all around us. In case you missed it, here are highlights from a few of our member airlines last week.

American Airlines

Meet Wanna Coker, an American Airlines customer service coordinator who used her battle against breast cancer to inspire passengers, her fellow employees and herself.

FedEx

Happy Halloween! FedEx is celebrating this sweet holiday with a spotlight on one of their customers—Dr. John’s sugar-free treats—for a healthier All Hallows’ Eve.

Southwest Airlines

These women at Southwest Airlines are taking Girl Power to new heights! Check out the airline’s first “unmanned” flight from Saint Louis to San Francisco.

United Airlines

If you tuned into Game 3 of this year’s World Series, you may have seen 7-year-old Hailey throwing out the first pitch with her 3-D printed hand. Thanks to United, this huge baseball fan was able to fly to Houston for the experience of a lifetime!
