American Airlines

American Airlines is helping make back-to-school possible for Philadelphia-area students! The AA Team packed backpacks, pens, pencil bags, notebooks and other essentials at their annual “Backpack-A-Thon.”

Southwest customer service agent Sarah Rowan went the extra mile for a passenger battling cancer by personally delivering her baggage, along with an encouraging note.
