Member Monday

Our member airlines work hard every day to provide high-quality customer service, delivering passengers and packages safely to their final destinations. Through the transfer of people and goods, U.S. airlines connect us to cultures and traditions across the world, truly making it a smaller place.

While as passengers we may not always be witness to their great work, the evidence is all around us. In case you missed it, here are highlights from a few of our member airlines last week.

American Airlines

Last fall, American Airlines employee Leo Schmitz was critically injured in the homecoming parade at Oklahoma State University. Less than a year later, Leo is back at work with a positive attitude and the support of his American Airlines family!

FedEx

FedEx is a proud supporter of the National Urban League, a nonpartisan civil rights organization advocating for the empowerment of African Americans in education, healthcare, the workplace and the housing market.

JetBlue

JetBlue’s Soar with Reading program is making a big difference in the lives of Detroit-area kids by installing 5 book vending machines and encouraging them to keep reading during summer vacation.

Southwest Airlines

Retired Southwest Captain Rihn-Harvey knows the importance of inspiring young women to work in aviation.

United Airlines

Thank you to United for flying this year’s Kids of Courage participants to Dallas and kick-starting their awesome vacation!
