Member Monday

Our member airlines work hard every day to provide high-quality customer service, delivering passengers and packages safely to their final destinations. Through the transfer of people and goods, U.S. airlines connect us to cultures and traditions across the world, truly making it a smaller place.

While as passengers we may not always be witness to their great work, the evidence is all around us. In case you missed it, here are highlights from a few of our member airlines last week.

FedEx

FedEx employee Ametruis Knox embodies the true spirit of giving back through her participation in the FedEx Cares program. You don’t want to miss her inspiring story below.

JetBlue

JetBlue grieves with the world today, following this weekend’s tragic Orlando shooting. Along with a charitable contribution to support the victims and their families, JetBlue is also offering free flights to and from Orlando for the immediate family and domestic partners of victims who were killed or injured. Southwest Airlines

When passengers reach out via social media, Southwest listens! The Sines Family was treated to a special surprise during their son Zach’s Make-A-Wish trip to Disney World, thanks to Southwest’s Social Care Team.
