- Utilize airport amenities like yoga rooms, stationary exercise bikes and walking paths. If your airport does not have an exercise area, use time before or between flights to walk around the terminal.
- Take a warm shower or bath, stretch and do a light workout as soon as you arrive at your destination hotel.
